These are the guidelines that in this half century have been traced to allow the new generations, represented by Luciano Pennisi, Leonardo Pennisi, Maria Concetta Pennisi and Rosario Pennisi, to ratify the choices made at the time and relaunch them in planning more in line with the requests of the market and with the needs that travelers and lovers of quality have recognized and rewarded.

It is this last requirement that makes this place magical and that has conquered the Pennisi family who signs the restaurant business, putting into it the over ten years of experience gained in the field of catering and the cuisine of the heart that seduces and enchants.

The Pennisi family has focused on the quality and on the strength to convey the idea of hospitality, as a fundamental requirement in all its facets, almost rewriting its contours to capture those nuances that make the difference and bind people and places together! We have never forgotten – said the general manager Luciano Pennisi – that the imprint to be transferred to each of our activities is the idea of Family that we live in a natural and spontaneous way and that we want to be felt even in the realities to which it is linked our name. We are a large family and this was certainly a good starting point. Over the years we have diversified the offer, keeping the principle of accuracy  in hospitality and catering to allow each of our guests to feel as a protagonist in his moment. Our mission also passes through the enhancement of the territory and its peculiarities, for this reason our name is linked to the territory of Linguaglossa and in general of Etna, from which we draw that strength and that energy, difficult to explain, but easy to share! “.
