At Cavanera Etnea estate, it is the prefiloxera, dated 1882, to donate the grapes for Signum Aetnae, the flagship of the Etna production of Firriato, which vinifies the grapes of Nerello Mascalese and other relic varieties in its vineyard with free foot.
