The Menu of la Riserva Bistrot

Among starters, first courses, main courses and desserts we tell the truth of a portion of Sicily that lives in the presence of the Volcano. A menu that will entertain you and will give you the authenticity of full and sincere flavors. You will have the opportunity to discover one of the many and unique faces of Sicily by tasting an authentic eggplant parmigiana, rather than a pasta alla norma in Catania style with a rich sprinkling of salted ricotta. And also, the real cornestone of these places, the sausage sautéed with cavulicedda (a spontaneous herb that is found exclusively in these mountain areas) which expresses all the truth and power of what a trip to Sicily represents and get to know closely Etna and the mountain areas, not far from the sea.

A good lunch or a good dinner in Sicily always ends with our ricotta cannolo or the hard piece, as tradition dictates. On the menu, at La Riserva Bistrot, also the artisanal ice creams that mark the end of the meal … before starting again with the next one! For lunches on Saturday and Sunday we have prepared a four-course fixed menu that will change every week, based on the availability of seasonal raw materials and the pleasure of cooking to introduce you to many facets of our land.
