The menu of La Riserva Bistrot Etna represents the synthesis of the history, culture and food and wine tradition of the eastern side of Sicily.
Thanks to the ownership of the territory, with a very high mineral content, all the ingredients, land and sea, are real concentrates of taste.
In respect of natural cycles, the choice of ingredients is made by selecting local products at Km 0 from farmers who are in line with our philosophy.
Even the fish of the Ionian coast enjoys the same taste characteristics as the fruits of agriculture, the algae they feed on draw on the mineral resources of the rocks where they cling. In the menu you can catch, in one fell swoop, the flavor of the sun, the sea and the land around the Etna volcano, a different experience than the rest of Sicily but above all compared to the rest of the world. The peculiarities of the local productions are unmatched in taste and beauty in other places on the globe.

The menu of La Riserva Bistrot Etna is constantly renewed, both to adapt to seasonality and to give space to new food and wine discoveries. Our resident chef Rosario Leonardi loves the search for new combinations of ingredients, new tangles of taste and loves to share them by offering continuous updates of the card and creating thematic menus to enhance the excellence of the area, such as the one dedicated to the black truffle of Palazzolo Acreide.
The menu tells the story of the people who have lived Sicily in the past millennia and contains those traditional elements of Sicilian cuisine that have made it famous in the world and anyone who chooses to taste a dish, from appetizer to dessert, can grasp the essence and authenticity bringing home a complete experience of Sicilian taste and culture.
